Interview questions and answers

1.Tell me about yourself, how would you describe your personality?
I am organized, hard working, professional, trusted and team player. I'm skilled in IP technology and I have extensive knowledge about IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPS.
2.What are your greatest strengths (weaknesses) ?
I like to make sure my project is perfect, so I tend to spend little more time to checking my work. However, I've come to good balance by setting up a system to ensure everything is done correctly.
3.Where do you see your self five years from now? How do you fill about your future in the profession?
I see my self as a top employee in a well-established company, like this one. I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my involvement in telecommunication industry.
4. Looking back, what would you do differently in your life?
Really nothing, I have learned from each experience I have had.
5. What extra-curricular activities were you involved in?
I participated poster and essay competitions and I hosted poster competition that I have participated.
6.What have you learned from participation in extra- curricular activities?
These experiences gave me organizational skills and developed my language skills.
7. Describe your ideal company, position and job. How do you think you can develop the organization?
I would do my best to deliver quality communication services to company customers and fulfill the company's role for communication resources.
8.What and in what ways do you think you can make a contribution to our organization?
I had been working on the optical network projects and these experiences would help your organization.
9. What makes a job enjoyable for you? What two or three things would be most important to you in your job?
I well understand that this is a company on the way up as telecommunication industry is becoming main trend. I want to be a part of this business as it grows. And I also want to learn and excel at new technologies, my experience in programming both new applications.
10.Can you work under pressure?
Stress is very important to me. With stress, I do the best possible job. The appropriate way to deal with stress is to make sure I have the correct balance between good stress and bad stress. I need good stress to stay motivated and productive.
11.How important is communication and interaction with others on your job?
In my last position, I was part of a network hardware implementation team. We all worked together to plan and manage the implementation schedule, to provide customer training, and ensure a smooth transition for our customers. Our team always completed our projects ahead of schedule with very positive reviews from our clients. That showed me how important is communication on my job.
12. Do you prefer to work by yourself or with others?
I am equally comfortable to working as a member of the team and independently. As I said before I had been working as a implementation team and we all worked together to plan and manage the implementation. But, I can work independently.
13. What are your long-range goals and objectives?
My long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much of value as I can. Once I gain additional experience, I would like to move on from a technical position to management.
14. What are your short-range goals and objectives?
I see my self as a top employee in a well-established company, like this one. I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my involvement in telecommunication industry.
15. How do you plan to achieve your career goals?
I will continue my professional development by participating in conference, attending seminars and continuing my education.
16. What do you thin you gained by working in your company? What were you responsible for? What did your job involve?
I was part of a network hardware implementation team. It involves interconnects companies and providing clients with network hardware.
17. Why do you want to work for this company?
I want this job because it seems tailored to my competencies, which include techniques and applications.
18. What type of position do you think are suited for?
I can be flexible when it comes to my work environment. What is the environment in the Engineering department at here for Mobicom corporation?
19. How long do you think you would stay with us?
I can work here as long as you want.
20. What salary would you expect for this position?
I want to be paid about 350$ per month.

Business letter (Complaint letter)

On 9th of June, I bought a computer with serial number
(RS232 RS365) at your company.
Unfortunately, this product has not performed well because of hardware problem. I am disappointed
because the product does not work properly and was not performed correctly.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could state the problem with your product and repair it. Or I could take my money back. Enclosed are copies of my records. Warranty was 1 year and I bought it about 3 months ago.

I am looking forward to your reply and resolution to my problem and will wait until 25th of October.
